Bhushan Patil

Founder & General Partner

I bring in over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in companies like Paytm, Alibaba, Yahoo & Talisma. I love- Fintech, O2O, cross-border retail as sectors. I understand scaling operations and economics of scale well. An IIT alumnus, only Chinese speaker in the team, eggitarian, proud father of 2 lovely daughters, and the internal stop-gap design mind too. A constant learner mindset keeps me going every day. My favourite quote - "Today's best performance is tomorrow's minimum requirement", by Jack Ma.

Raveen Sastry

My interest in startups started way back in 1999 when I was an early employee (6'th) at a company called Xora based out of Mountain View. Since then I've only worked at startups and co-founded 3 companies; Nudgespot- a marketing automation SAAS, Hoopos - a babies and Kids e-commerce company, and Myntra - a fashion E-commerce destination. My startup journey, including the present one, wouldn't be what it is without the support of many people. It wasn't just about the money, but about the guidance, support and knowledge that they freely shared with me. As Multiply Ventures we want to be what these many people were to us. In addition to capital, you get partners who support you through your lows and highs. You get a team that is empathetic and always available to listen to you. Multiply ventures is an Operator-led, founder-first fund that believes we are as good as our founders.

Sanjay Ramakrishnan

I have been fortunate to have worked with some amazing sets of people & companies over the last 20 years. I have worked across diverse industry segments and have worked for large brands and start-ups. The journey has taken me to google, Intel, Myntra, Flipkart, Ogilvy and GE health care. I have been a curious marketer all my life and still learning the changing landspace. Love the journey from 0 to 1 and hence my love to work alongside great founding teams. Every product or service needs to build a relationship with its consumers and if the relationship is great and is maintained for a long period of time - It becomes a Brand. My current passion besides work is - Mindfulness & Running

Shruti Singhal

I have extensive experience in investment banking, private equity, angel investing, and entrepreneurship. I have successfully led business growth initiatives, managed investor relations, and mentored startups during my tenure at Indian Angel Network and other ventures. With a proven track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic partnerships, have been skilled in driving revenue generation and operational excellence. Earlier, completed my MBA in International Management from Thunderbird, USA and am passionate about fostering innovation and leadership in various sectors

Natarajan Ranganathan

I have held proven leadership roles in Organizational Building & Scaling, Governance, and Compliance with over 30 years of hands-on experience in Finance & Accounting, Taxation Planning, Sales & Marketing, and HR. I am a member of ICWAI, ICSI. He was the Global CFO & Head of India Operations at Tavant Technologies Inc.

2016-2018: CFO/COO at UCRNT Ratan Tata Fund Managed AUM $ 550 Mn 2006-2016: MD COO and CFO at Helion Ventures (VC Firm). Helion was one of the earliest homegrown VC funds. As part of the Core Management team- helped raise 3 funds aggregating over $ 600 Mn and an AUM of $1.1Bn. Managed 76 investments across various sectors and stages in India and international markets led over 200 shareholder agreements and over 40 exits. (helped management of 2 companies to list on NASDAQ).
