Our Story

Multiply Ventures was founded in 2012 by Rajesh Kumar and Priya Sharma — two professionals who had spent years on opposite sides of the table: one as an investor, one as an operator. They shared a frustration with how traditional venture capital worked in India — too transactional, too short-term, too removed from the day-to-day realities of building a company.

They set out to build something different — a firm where capital came with genuine partnership. Where founders could call at 10pm with a crisis and know someone would pick up. Where the firm's success was truly tied to the success of the people it backed.

Over a decade later, Multiply Ventures has backed 50+ companies, seen 12+ successful exits, and built a reputation as one of India's most trusted names in early and growth-stage investing.
